We have a range of templates that we have created; from budget spreadsheets, to a custom planning timeline, guest list management, checklists, run-sheets (and everything else in between) that we use to help maintain your event plans, make sure we are tracking on schedule and to budget, and to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

From our experience in the wedding industry, we have an array of industry contacts and knowledge to help us source the most reliable vendors at the most affordable prices for your special day. We are constantly networking and expanding our horizons to be able to bring you more, high-quality options and to make sure your wedding is unique and special.

We only take on a select number of full planning clients each wedding season, alongside our other clients, to make sure that we can give your wedding the time, energy, and priority it deserves. We will always treat your wedding with the same significance and attention as we would our own!

I'm Kimberly, co-founder of Wilde, wedding coordinator and super-star stylist!

I am all about bringing my clients' visions to life. From the smallest, most intimate of affairs, to the grandest, most epic weddings - I'm going to make sure you are blown away with the aesthetics and the whole experience.

My background (prior to 2014) was in Environmental Project Management; I hold a Bachelor of Environmental Science, a Graduate Diploma in Botany and a Diploma of Business. What do any of these have to do with weddings I hear you ask? Well, my experience as a Project Manager lead me to develop meticulous planning skills, abilities in communicating with vendors, sourcing products and materials, creating budgets and meeting deadlines; I dealt with projects valued at over $1M! My training in Botany lead me to develop a love of all things natural and native which means I love flowers and my Diploma of Business helped me gain the confidence to start my own business, manage funds and market it.

Since 2014, I have been involved in over 300 weddings, from 'big fat Greek weddings' to the smallest of ceremonies, even acting as a witness for a couple that eloped in Perth. I now run two businesses in the wedding industry and work for myself full time, whilst being a wife and mum to these crazy kids.

Having been on both sides of the coin - my experience in the industry, and having planned my own wedding - I know all the ins and outs of the process. I can't wait to get to know the wedding you have been dreaming of and turn that into a reality!
